1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and Apek88 (hereinafter referred to as "Apek88", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the Apek88 online gaming platform accessible at https://apek88.lat and all associated services, features, products, and content.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on Apek88, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Apek88 platform and close your account.

Apek88 is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, and related gaming products. Apek88 operates under international online gaming licensing frameworks and does not hold, nor claim to hold, any licence issued by any Malaysian governmental or regulatory authority. Online gambling regulation in Malaysia is distinct from international frameworks; Malaysian users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of this platform complies with applicable local laws.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Apek88 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds (real money and/or bonus funds) held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, free bets, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotion.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of real funds by a Player into their Apek88 Account using any supported payment method, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Boost, GrabPay, and supported cryptocurrencies.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the mandatory identity and age verification process required before a Player may make withdrawals or access certain platform features.
• "Platform" means the Apek88 website, mobile interface, application, and all associated services accessible at https://apek88.lat.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Apek88 platform.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player using a recognised payment method, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or equivalent cryptocurrency.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on Apek88, a User must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age. Apek88 does not permit the use of its platform by persons under 21 years old under any circumstances.
• Be acting as an individual in their personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of their jurisdiction of residence.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, or any jurisdiction expressly excluded from Apek88's permitted territories as published on the Platform from time to time.
• Not be an existing account holder on Apek88 — only one Account per individual is permitted.
• Not be an employee, director, officer, agent, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of Apek88 or any of its affiliated companies.

Apek88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close an Account where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified to the Platform's satisfaction.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

To register an Account on Apek88, a User must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process, including but not limited to full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Users are required to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the life of their Account and must notify Apek88 promptly of any changes.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, Apek88 is required to verify a Player's identity. Players will be asked to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identification document (Malaysian National Identification Card or Passport) and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Apek88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.

Account credentials — including usernames and passwords — are the sole responsibility of the User. Users must not share their login credentials with any third party. Apek88 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to an Account resulting from a User's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: Apek88 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and select cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT TRC20, and Litecoin). The minimum deposit amount is MYR 50 for fiat payment methods and the equivalent of MYR 30 for cryptocurrency deposits (calculated at the prevailing rate at time of deposit confirmation). Deposits are credited to the Account Balance upon confirmation of receipt.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 100. Apek88 targets the following processing timeframes, which are indicative and not guaranteed: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 15 to 30 minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) within 5 to 60 minutes of approval; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 15 to 60 minutes of approval, subject to network congestion.

• All withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification prior to processing.
• Apek88 reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawals exceeding thresholds set internally and communicated to the Player at the time of the request.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the Apek88 account holder.
• Apek88 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers or cryptocurrency networks may impose their own transaction fees, for which Apek88 is not responsible.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Apek88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, cryptocurrency deposit bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Each Player is eligible to claim each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Funds portion of the Account Balance and are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• Wagering Requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting promotions), time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Players are advised to read these carefully before opting into any offer.
• Apek88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with changes taking effect prospectively and not retroactively for Players who have already validly claimed the offer.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using bets on opposite outcomes to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
• The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus is available to all Players who deposit using a supported cryptocurrency and is capped at MYR 688 per transaction. Standard wagering requirements apply.

7 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on the Apek88 platform are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and validated to ensure fair and random outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

For sports betting, all wagers are accepted subject to the odds and rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. In the event of a technical error or manifest error in published odds, Apek88 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the Player's Account Balance at its sole discretion.

• Bets cannot be modified or cancelled after they have been confirmed and accepted by the Platform.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within the applicable game or betting interface and may vary by game, market, and Player tier.
• In the event of a disconnection during live gameplay, Apek88 will apply game-specific disconnection policies as displayed in each game's help documentation.
• Apek88 does not accept bets placed by automated systems, bots, or third-party betting software. Use of such tools constitutes a breach of these Terms.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Apek88 platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity may result in Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal information.
• Using another person's identity or payment method to register or fund an Account.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including the use of fraudulent or stolen payment instruments.
• Money laundering or any conduct intended to conceal the origin of funds deposited to the Platform.
• Collusion with other Players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, artificial intelligence tools, bots, or algorithmic systems to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to Apek88 support immediately.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or accepting funds from third parties for the purpose of gambling on this Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law.

9 Responsible Gambling

Apek88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. The Platform provides a range of responsible gambling tools available to all registered Players at no charge and without a waiting period, including:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Once a limit is activated, it cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set on-screen reminders that display after a specified duration of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary self-exclusion of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is suspended and no access is permitted.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a short-term cooling-off period of up to 7 days, during which deposit and wagering functions are suspended.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Apek88 platform — including but not limited to the Apek88 brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of Apek88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial online gaming in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of Apek88.

Any unauthorised use of Apek88's intellectual property — including scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of Platform content — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Apek88, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform access or services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss of data, Account Balance, winnings, or other financial loss arising from technical errors, connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond Apek88's reasonable control.
• Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in any content displayed on the Platform.
• Any unauthorised third-party access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Any reliance by a Player on information displayed on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, game statistics, or promotional terms.

Apek88's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

Apek88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect Player rights or obligations in a significant way — Apek88 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the Apek88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not agree to the revised Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of their Account in accordance with the account closure procedure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Apek88 holds its operating licence, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact Apek88's customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Apek88 is committed to addressing and resolving Player complaints in a fair, timely, and transparent manner. Formal disputes should be submitted in writing to the support email address and will be acknowledged within 5 business days.

Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory rights a Player may have under the laws of their country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
